The hands of Michael Jackson - a palmistry reading.

The hands of Michael Jackson – what does his palmistry reading reveal?

The wax hand cast above is Michael Jackson’s right hand – which is presented at London’s “Madame Tussauds“. What does his hand reveal about his life and death?

First of all, it is also interesting to notice that Michael Jackson’s right hand cast at “Madame Tussauds” reveals much more details about his hand lines than any public photo of his hands! Hand experts have noticed that Michael Jackson’s hands are rather remarkable and present quite a few tell-tale stories!

For example:

1 – In both hands Michael Jackson has a ‘double headline’: which can be recognized as a sign of a ‘double nature’ and an ‘eccentric personality’.

2 – Especially in his right hand is the thumb-angle a bit narrow (though in his left hand the thumb angle is wider): which can be recognized as a sign of being cautious (especially later in life).

3 – The combination of his relative long ring finger + strong thumb mouse (a.k.a. the mount of Venus): can be recognized as a sign of charismatic & spontaneous personality.

FULL REPORT: THE HANDS OF MICHAEL JACKSON

The famous palmist Cheiro wrote about the ‘double line of head’:

“A double line of head is very rarely found, but when found it is a sure sign of brain power and mentality. Such people have a perfectly double nature — one side sensitive and gentle, the other confident, cold, and cruel. They have enormous versatility, great command of language, a peculiar power of playing and toying with human nature, and generally great will and determination.”

Palmist Cheiro said about the lifeline: ‘the line of life relates to the natural length of life’

When Cheiro – the ‘Godfather of palmistry’ – died he had a pretty long life line. But did his life line correspond with his age at death???

Researchers developed a formula to find the ‘age at death’ via the lifeline only!

Newrick, Affie & Corrall described in 1990:

“Palmistry has been the focus of heated argument since the first mention of its techniques in Indian and Chinese manuscripts of at least 3000 years ago. The science and popularity of the subject were brought to their peak by society palmist Louis Hamon, either better known by his pseudonym of Cheiro.”

One of the most famous theories of Cheiro was:

“… the lifeline relates to the length of life.”

In 1990 British 3 researchers performed a study focussed on the length of the lifeline in 100 cadavers. They developed an interesting method – with a piece of rope – to measure the lifelines, and the result were very significant: Cheiro’s theory appeared to be confirmed by the length of the lifelines of those 100 death people!

The ‘double blind’ study was done with great care, and the results found the newspapers all over the world.

How come that the study was never continued with a follow-up research?

Palmistry’s digital analogue: is 2D:4D finger ratio the new Chiromancy?

Chris McManus – author of the book: ‘Right Hand, Left Hand‘ – considers claims that finger-length ratios point to individual and sex differences.

Will measuring finger length ratios become the new Chiromancy? The famous palmist Cheiro would likely have loved John Manning’s ‘The Finger Book’!

Chiromancy (cheiromancy), the notorious pseudoscience that Sir Walter Scott bracketed with physiognomy, astrology and “other fantastic arts of prediction”, has for two decades been creeping back into scientific favour. And UK professor of Psychology John T. Manning appears to be its high priest.

Nevertheless, Chris McManus points out in his article that there are a few problems in John Manning’s digit ratio work. Manning’s theory generates a strong sense of deja vu, for so much is reminiscent of the rambling, sprawling, all-encompassing theory of almost all things neuropsychological, and indeed much beyond, put forward in the late 1980s.
